The date when you place an order determines when/where you can pick-up that order. The cut-off on the last day to order for a specific period is midnight - any late orders will be processed for the next order period and pick-up location. Members can always pick-up their orders at our warehouse location in San Francisco on any regular pick-up date, no matter what date/order period you place an order. All orders have a one month lead time; orders are only ready for pick-up/delivery the following month, on the scheduled pickup date.
Early Pick-up: You cannot pick-up an order earlier than the scheduled weekend dates and times listed below because the products for your order will simply not be available/ready yet!
Storing Orders for a Later Pick-up: We are happy to store your order for you for a later pick-up date if you are scheduled to pick up your order at the SFRAW San Francisco warehouse. There is a $15 storage fee to be collected when you pick-up the order. There are NO storage options available for remote/delivery locations and we absolutely will not tolerate members who are late to pick-up their orders at these locations.
